Payment Terms & Scheduling Policy
1. Payment in Full Requirement To ensure the highest quality of service and dedicated time for your equipment, Precision Solid Dose Services LLC requires 100% payment in full prior to the delivery of any services. No service, maintenance, or consultation will be performed until the invoice is paid in its entirety.
2. Scheduling and Confirmation of Dates Service dates are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Proposed service dates discussed during the quoting process are provisional and will not be locked in or guaranteed until full payment has been received and cleared. To secure your preferred service window, prompt payment upon receipt of the invoice is required.
3. Quote Validity This quote is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the quote may be subject to revision based on updated pricing and availability.
4. Accepted Payment Methods Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept payment via [ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, Company Check, or Credit Card]. Please note that service dates will only be locked in once funds have officially cleared into our account.
5. Delays and Rescheduling If full payment is delayed, Precision Solid Dose Services LLC reserves the right to release your tentatively scheduled dates to other clients. Once dates are locked in via payment, any requests by the client to reschedule must be made in writing at least [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days prior to the confirmed service date.
